New flight schedule announced, over 41 flights just for Gulf regions including special flights to Saudia, UAE, Qatar and many other countries

The government of Pakistan has announced the latest updated flight schedule that will be heavily focusing on flights to the UAE and Gulf region. New flights are added to bring stranded Pakistanis from Chad, Ethiopia, Somalia, and Liberia. There are over 22 flights from UAE, 8 flights from Saudi Arabia, 7 from Qatar, and 4 from Oman. Apart from that, there will be flights to USA, UK, and other countries.

PIA is currently operating flights to Europe, America, and Gulf. There is a flight schedule from Wuhan for 18 May, China bringing back Pakistani students stuck there since the lockdown. PIA will also operate its first flight from New York, New Ark airport on 18th May. and on 18th there are 2 flights from Qatar, one from Saudi Arabia and one from UAE. Shanghai, China to Karachi by PIA. On 19th there is a flight bringing detainees from Kuwait to Lahore, another flight from Suadi Arabia to Multan and one from Shanghai, China to Karachi.

Pakistan International Airlines has already operated special flights to Khartoum, Nairobi, Jeddah, Oman, Amsterdam, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Trabzon, Istanbul, Almaty, Frankfurt, Baghdad, Paris, Oslo, Copenhagen, Tokyo, Dushanbe, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and UAE.

The spokesperson of PIA has urged all passengers to immediately contact Pakistani embassies or high commissions and register with them. So when there is a flight planned the embassy and high commission can call and sort out the ticketing.
