Pakistan International Airlines has banned its employees from using bulkhead seats while travelling. This directive was issued by the newly appointed President and CEO Air Marshal Arshad Malik. In a press release issued by PIA, the information was shared. According to the directive, the violators will be charged the full fare of the journey. The president and CEO issued directives for strict compliance, including himself. These seats will only be allocated to revenue passengers. He also instructed the food service department to enhance the quality and standard of in-flight food, to offer a variety of cuisines for choices.
